No Agents is a real estate platform built and operated by Leon Real Estate, based in the United Arab Emirates. The app connects property buyers, renters, and landlords directly — eliminating the need for traditional agents.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data when you use the No Agents app:

Account Data

• Full name and display name
• Email address
• Password (stored as a secure hash — we never see your actual password)

Property & Portfolio Data

• Property addresses, unit numbers, building names, floor numbers
• Purchase prices, current estimated values, annual rent amounts
• Tenant names and phone numbers
• Lease start and end dates
• PDC cheque details (number, amount, bank, date, status)
• Service charge amounts and due dates
• Maintenance request descriptions and history

Uploaded Documents

Find Owner Requests

• Building name, unit number, budget
• Your phone number (including country code)
• Request type (Buy / Rent / Off-plan)
• Optional notes

AI Chat Messages

• All messages you send to Léon (our AI assistant) are processed by OpenAI
• Chat history is stored locally on your device and in our database

Technical Data

• Device type and operating system (collected by Firebase)
• App usage analytics (collected by Firebase)
• Push notification tokens (for lease and service charge reminders)

3. How We Use Your Data

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

5. Cross-Border Data Transfers

As a UAE-based service, we inform you that your personal data is transferred to servers outside the UAE:

• United States: Firebase (Google), OpenAI
• European Union: Firebase may store data on EU servers

These transfers are necessary to provide the services described in this policy. By using No Agents, you consent to these transfers. We ensure all third-party providers maintain appropriate security standards.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Specifically:

• Account data: Retained indefinitely while your account exists
• Property and portfolio data: Retained indefinitely to maintain your complete portfolio history
• Find Owner requests: Retained indefinitely as part of your request history
• Uploaded document images: Retained on your device (local storage); metadata retained in our database
• Chat history: Retained on your device; not stored server-side beyond processing

When you delete your account, all personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and applicable international standards, you have the following rights:

Right to Access

You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you by emailing info@leonrealestate.ae.

Right to Export

You can export your portfolio data at any time from within the app. A full data export can be requested by email.

Right to Correction

You can update your profile information (name, property data) directly within the app via the Settings and Portfolio screens.

Right to Deletion

You can delete your account from Settings → Delete Account within the app. This permanently removes all your personal data. Alternatively, email us at info@leonrealestate.ae to request manual deletion.

Right to Object

You can opt out of the leaderboard at any time from Settings. You can disable push notifications from your device settings.

8. Security

We take the security of your personal data seriously:

• All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections
• Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text (handled by Firebase Authentication)
• Firebase Firestore security rules restrict data access to authenticated users only
• Your property data is only accessible to your account
• We do not store your OpenAI API key on our servers

9. Children's Privacy

No Agents is not directed at children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at info@leonrealestate.ae.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
